The Mansion

A Spokane original

Historic charm. A flair for a good party.

Patrick “Patsy” Clark made his fortune in mining, then set his sights on a home worthy of Spokane’s boom years. Architect Kirtland K. Cutter answered with Italian sandstone, Tiffany stained glass and one of the city’s most exuberant designs. More than a century later, it still makes an entrance.
